General Info

1. The completed form will be automatically sent to TTMTS office.
2. If you are selected to enter the training program, you will be advised via email or telephone regarding starting date, time and location.
3. The TTMTS is location on a TTC bus route. Applicants are responsible for their own transportation including during on-the-job placement that may not be accessible by public transit

Course Fees

-Fees are payable when filling out this form (Cheque or Cash)
-Red Seal Preparatory Course $50.00 + Fees (with all pre-requisites), $200.00 + Fees (no pre-requisites)
-Exam Fees payable to the ministry of Training College & Universities at the time of exam $120.00 + Tax

Declaration

If my application is accepted, I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the program and to listen, learn and not be abusive or become involved with drugs and/or alcohol during my training period.
It is understood that non-compliance with any of the above may result in my removal from the training course.
TTMTS will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage on Trade School premises. The student assumes all liability for his/her personal property and overall health.
